Hi my great classmates, and nice teacher. Well, well. My name is Kee Khang, I'm from Laos. Maybe somebody already tell you guys about Laos. So, here I'll tell you about some parts of Laos. I came from Nongnark km 52, Vientiane, Laos. My villlage is kind like a big village. ( Not compare with Minneapolis). There are about 8,000 people. I wasn't born here in Nongnark. I was born in the Southern of Laos. It called Borikhamxay Province. I came to the U.S in April 11, 2006. I am so happy that I am here in the U.S with my family, and I am really happy that I have been attending Northside ABE. Especially with all you guys. And we have a very talkative, nice teacher as Darlene Hays.

Here is a picture that I took from Vientiane, Laos. It's a big, and nice city with populations, and I was standing on the monument building. I took this picture in 2005 to remember my hometown. It's nice city you can go visit whenever you can, but I recommend the best time to visit Laos is September to February.

Hi Kee! Great job following my quick directions and putting together your page. Your photos are beautiful. Thank you for sharing them with us. I would love to visit your country someday. I think I would like it very much. It's so good to have you back! I look forward to the video. May I suggest that you create a new page for the video, so this one doesn't get too crowded.

Kee,
What program did you create your slide show in? It tried to open in Quicktime on my Mac at home, but I could not see it. That is a "video for windows" format and perhaps we don't have the correct software for reading it. Is this a slide show created on a video camera? Maybe you could bring in your camera and the cables or bring in a CD with the slide show on it. It would also help to know the name of the program you used to create the slideshow in, so I can figure it out from that. Good attempt, though, Kee!

Ok Kee... I am downloading it to my computer and it is a very large file! 120 MB. That might be some of the problem. I'll see if I can convert it to a smaller file and to another format.
