Dear Students,

Hands on Banking is an interactive financial-literacy curriculum that I want to use this year as a supplement to our study of Consumer Math.  We will go through many of the lessons during our computer lab time, but you can also read and review the lessons independently.

Click on this link to get started: www.handsonbanking.org

Then click on the course for Adults.  To review information about home ownership, next select Topic 6: "Buying a Home."  Let me know if you have any questions.

Since this is the first time I'm using this material, I would like your opinions about it.  Please send me a comment when you think certain information is particularly useful or if something is not clear.  Try to be as specific as possible.  Thanks!

Darlene

Hi Darlene,
Thank you for sharing us banking website. It's a good site and it gives me a lot of important information about how to buy a home and how we will get ready to be an owner.

It is interesting to learn about how to buy a home. Before I did not know some steps on how to own a mortgage home. By now if I want to buy a home it will be easy for to know how to buy it. I thought that buying a home is so easy. There a lot implication on it. You have to have a capital and good records when you want to buy a house. Thanks a lot for letting me know how to purchase. It will not be difficult for to buy a home. Love from florence(your student). Thanks once more.
